Fresh Sewing Day: June 2012

This past month has been focused on recapturing my sewing and blogging mojo and momentum. In addition to bringing my blog up-to-date, I finished a baby quilt, two potholders and three embroidered quilt labels. That may not seem like much to some, but I am very happy with what I accomplished.

I’m not sure which I enjoyed more: the two-tone quilting on the Zigzag Baby Quilt, or discovering a new color palette that I like with the Zakka Potholders. Either way, I am inspired by my progress this past month to sew even more fun projects!

  2. Oh, I am loving your zigzag quilt!!! I'm hoping to rustle up a wee lap quilt for my newly-homed Gran (as in care home) and think this might be the way to go!
