Lately I’ve been working on finding creative ways to find a few
moments to quilt here and there. For example, sewing a seam each time I change
the laundry, since I have to walk past my sewing machine anyways. This strategy
seems to be working quite well, and I’m very pleased with my progress this
week.

Current Projects
Blueberry Pie {18/18 blocks complete}: All the nine-patch blocks are finished and I’ve started piecing them together with the setting squares.
Call Me Crazy {23/42 blocks complete}: This pattern calls for blue-on-blue fabrics for the improv squares, but I decided to add some blue and white fabric scraps as well. Since white isn’t technically a color, it will still be a monochromatic quilt. And improv is all about following your creative instincts, right?
Kaleidoscope Quilt Along {35/35 blocks complete}: The blocks have been pieced into rows! I’m hoping to have the quilt top finished by this time next week. Next, I have the pieced backing to tackle. It will be interesting to see how that turns out.

Excellent progress! So glad you are able to find time to sew again, even if it's only in "snippets!" Sure can tell you like blue! ;-)
